Motivation – It can be hard to muster up motivation on your own. But when you have a schedule of live virtual classes available to you – led by experienced fitness trainers, you’re more likely to be motivated enough to keep going.
Community – Everyone is more successful when they work out amongst others! Even if you’re exercising from the comfort of your own home, you still have the friendship and support of your virtual classmates. They’ll help keep you on track and make you feel like you’re a part of something bigger – because you are!
Flexibility – It’s all about you now! With our virtual membership, you have access to our fitness class library, you can work out when your schedule permits. No need to find a babysitter or make a class fit into your workday – you choose your class and your time!
Privacy – Worried about calling unwanted attention to yourself because you’re unable to do all of the expert moves? No worries! Since you’re in the privacy of your own home, there’s no embarrassment! This is a no judgement zone, and your privacy is always important to us. We’ll help you achieve your goals!
Safety – Working out on your own can lead to the use of improper techniques, causing injuries like sprained ankles and overextended knees. But by following along with the class and doing the moves as instructed by our trainers, you’ll use safe and proper form and technique, preventing potential injuries. Also, with virtual training, you will be following all the COVID-19 safety precautions, such as social distancing.
